8 Elm on Yonge Condos will be a mixed-use 68-storey tower and consist of 819 suites that will include studio to 3-bedroom layouts. It will feature a 3-storey podium that will house commercial space.

The building will also consist of 7,814 sq. ft. of amenity space which will be located on the 4th, 5th 7th and 45th floors, with the indoor space on the 4th floor connecting to two outdoor amenity spaces. These outdoor amenity spaces will each span 600 sq. ft. on the north and south side of the condominium. 

VIP Launch is slated for fall 2022.
