Bayview at the Village Condos is part of a proposed mixed-use, master-planned community that will consist of 4 buildings — 6, 19, 28, and 33 storeys with 1132 units in total.  Units will come in studio – 3-bedroom layouts.  It will also have retail space on the ground floor level.

This project is intended to bring about a better balance of live, work, as well as play to the Bayview Village Shops. 

The occupancy date is scheduled for 2024, while VIP Launch is slated for late March, 2021.
