Corktown Condos will consist of three towers 27, 14 and 8 storeys high respectively, housing a total of 769 units that will include one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, ranging in size from 340 sq. ft. to 851 sq. ft.
The project will feature townhouse units and 929 square metres of commercial space with retail space at the base of the 8-storey tower. A micro-grocer is proposed in this retail space, which will add convenience for the residents as well as locals.
It will also have a parking garage with 462 vehicular parking spaces and 385 short-term plus long-term bicycle spots that will spread throughout the three buildings.
Completion is anticipated for spring 2025, while VIP Launch is scheduled for summer 2022.
