Hillmont Condos will be the second phase of SXSW’s B design, resort-styled master-planned community featuring two towers – tower 3 and 4.
The two will be connected by a 3-storey podium and rise to 33 storeys and 22 storeys respectively.

The majority of the parking spots will be underground as per the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre guidelines.
This underground garage will also contain 599 bicycle parking spaces that will be divided between the 5 floors.
