Hillmont Condos will be the second phase of SXSW’s B design, resort-styled master-planned community featuring two towers – tower 3 and 4.

The two will be connected by a 3-storey podium and rise to 33 storeys and 22 storeys respectively. 

Tower 3 will accommodate 272 units, while tower 4 will house 178 units. The suites are expected to come in 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom + den layout with unit sizes ranging in size from 579 to 1.242 sq. ft. 

The two towers will share a below-grade, 5-level underground parking garage with the rest of the community containing a total of 1,098 parking spaces with 898 reserved for residents, 170 for visitors, and 30 for surface parking. 

The majority of the parking spots will be underground as per the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre guidelines.

This underground garage will also contain 599 bicycle parking spaces that will be divided between the 5 floors.
