JAC Condos will rise to 34-storeys and house 458 units that will come in studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. There will be retail space on ground level, 10, 851 sq. ft. and 7,959 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space and outdoor amenity space respectively.

The project will also have a 2-level underground garage featuring 99 vehicle spots –22 for visitors and 77 for residents. Additionally, it will house 465 bicycle spaces – 6 for commercial section, 413 for temporary and 46 for long-term residential space.

The move-in date is scheduled for 2024, while VIP Launch is planned for May, 2020.
