Phase Two will be a new 45-storey residential tower that will stand to the east of Phase One.
Phase Three will consist of an 8-storey office building that will be located at the development site’s northeast corner and is expected to add 10,000-plus square metres of new office space to the thriving neighbourhood.
The complex is planned to have an L-shaped lobby roughly 7,000 sq. ft. conjoined to the two buildings and which will house a waiting area, a concierge desk, coffee tables, chairs and sofas, all of which will be actually connected via an electric fireplace with the ability to cycle through numerous colours.
