Kipling Station Condos will be a 52-storey skyscraper comprising a 4-storey base and 48 storeys sitting on top and it is poised to be Etobivoke’s tallest residential condominium. It will house a total of 572 suites that will include a mix of one-bedroom (424), two-bedroom (92) and three-bedroom (56) layouts.
