LeftBank Condos will be a 28-storey tower rising from a 6-storey podium and is expected to accommodate 384 condo suites as well as 4 townhomes that will be integrated into the base of the building. 

The 34-storey building is proposed to include studios, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom + den, and 3-bedroom plans.
