Motto Condos will be a 12-storey building comprising 97 suites. Units will include bachelor, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom plans and range from 455 sq. ft. to 1,249 sq. ft. The building’s 3-storey podium will feature nearly 7,000 sq. ft. of commercial space that will be at street level. 

The development will also house 43 parking spaces in a one level of underground parking reachable by a vehicle elevator, and which will comprise electric vehicle stalls. There will be 124 bike spaces as well as a repair station located in the parking garage on the ground floor.

Completion is anticipated for 2025. The VIP Launch date is still inknown.
