North Oak Condos will consist of two towers 18 storeys and 15 storeys respectively. The two towers will be linked by a shared a podium, with the first one housing 192 residential units and the second one holding 162 units – 354 units in total.

The project will feature a wide range of layouts and sizes that will include one-bedroom, 0ne-bedroom + den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom + den.
