Park District Towns will feature 200 units comprising stacked back-to-back and traditional towns. The project is proposed to feature a total of 400 units and this will be the first phase release.

Suites are expected to come in two-storey, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts that will range from 1,000 sq. ft. to 1,600 sq. ft. hence accommodate both couples and growing families.  

Completion is scheduled for 2022 while VIP Launch is planned for fall, 2021.
