Plaza on Yonge Condos will be a 32-storiey mixed-use tower featuring a total of 408 units. These will include 152 one-bedroom, 216 two-bedroom, and 40 three-bedroom suites. Additionally, there are plans to incorporate an assortment of 13-two-level urban townhouses into this building at street level. 

Suites will range from 592 sq. ft. to 1238 sq. ft. The project will also include a 4-level underground parking with 418 vehicle and 524 bicycle parking spaces.  11,150 sq. ft. of indoor amenities on the ground and 9th floors, and another 11,150 sq. ft. of outdoor amenities space comprising terraces on the ground plus 8th floors, will also be included in the building.
