Porta Condos will consist of three elegant 13-storey buildings that will contain 302 suites. Phase 1 will house 96 resort-style luxury suites that will include one-bedroom to three-bedroom plus 2 penthouse floors, with each unit having a parking slot included. The project will also feature at-grade retail units.
