Qui Towns Markham

Qui Towns Markham will be a mixed-use community that will come in phases. The project is proposed to consist of condos and townhome buildings housing 2,105 units in total when completed.

Phase 1 will feature a collection of 105 three-storey townhomes. Units will comprise a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts, and range from 1,800 sq. ft. to 2,300 sq. ft.

Phase 2 will probably consist of townhouses and mid-rise mixed-use as well as residential mid-rise buildings varying from 6 to 8 storeys. This will allow both investors and potential residents to find units that are ideal for their needs.

QUI Towns Markham is located within walking distance of Mount Joy GO Station which is part of the Stouffville Line. Additionally, there is a new GO Station coming up on Major Mackenzie Drive East.  Motorists are 10 minutes to Highway and 15 minutes to Highway 404.

Markham Fine Foods, Foodymart and Loblaws are found in close proximity. RBC and CIBC are less than 5-minute drive away, while No Frills, M&M Food Market, FreshCo, and Garden Basket Food Markets are located approximately 5 minutes’ drive away.  Guardian Markhamack Pharmacy plus TD Canada Trust are 10 minutes’ drive from the project site. 

The area has several green spaces and parks, with Swan Lake Park and Mount Joy Lake Park located just a short walk away. 

The Qui Towns Markham location is surrounded by multiple cultural centres. The 25-acre open-air Markham Museum is located within a 3-minute drive.
