Developer
Taya Cook of urban capital which was established in 1996 and Sherry Larjani of Spotlight developments are the two builders of Reina condos.
Cook was inspired to come up with this development after she read an article about the great Toronto condos whereby she found out a woman-owned none of them.
They met with Larjani and decided to develop one; Reina condo, where all the team involved from engineers to architecture will be women.
They also want to inspire ladies to know that the development career is doable to any gender.
These women believe that by working together, they can do better, and that is why they welcome views from all the investors out there so that they can deliver the best.
