The Clove Condos

The Clove Condos which will sit on a 32-acre Master-planned community will be the first of a series of redevelopments to take place in the area. It will comprise a triangular 33-storey residential tower that will connect to a mid-rise tower rising to 9-storeys.

The development will feature over 3 acres of new park space just within the Cloverdale community. It will house 606 spacious units in total that will include 32 studios, 379 one-bedroom, 127 two-bedroom as well as 68 three-bedroom units. It will also feature more than 2,100 sq. ft. of at-grade space. 

The project will include a 2-level underground parking that will house 153 parking spaces with 121 designated for residents and 32 for visitors. Also, 457 bicycle parking spots are proposed at the site. Additionally, at-grade loading facilities and a pick-up plus drop-off points will be provided at the site driveway.

The project is planned to have pedestrian facilities next to this stunning condominium towers providing direct connections from both the residential and commercial zones. 

The Clove Condos completion is anticipated for 2028. Further details including the suite sizes, building amenities and the VIP Launch date are still unknown.
