The Frederick Condos will be a 30-storey tower containing 322 suites. Units will come in one to two-bedroom layouts.

The project is expected to have more than 6,700 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space and nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of outdoor amenity space. It will also feature 323 vehicle parking spots that will include 290 for residents and 33 short-term spaces allotted for visitors.
