The Leaside Condos will comprise two 8-storey identical buildings with a total of 241 units. Suites will include studio to three-bedroom layouts.

The project will house more than 6,200 sq. ft. of indoor plus outdoor space that will include an outdoor terrace positioned on the 8th floor. It will also feature 160 parking spaces for residents and visitors.
